Appraisal Type -
Please complete the following information for appraisal "appraisal type" and "report type."  These terms are governed by the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.  If you desire a fee quote based on multiple scenarios, please discuss in the comments section below.

A "complete" appraisal report does not depart from the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.

A "limited" appraisal report departs from the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice and may involve only one valuation approach for improved properties.

A "self-contained" report is the most thoroughly explained document.

A "summary" report summarizes the data and is the second most thoroughly explained document.

A "restricted" report merely states the conclusions.
